High season savings and offers are usually hard to come by, especially in the summer holidays. However, if you’re still looking for an amazing holiday this year, now is the time to book with a number of new special offers across Africa and the Indian Ocean available. We have rounded up the best of these below.

Northern Tanzania
June is a wonderful month to be in Tanzania. With the end of the rains, this is the start of the dry season and you can expect warm days and cooler nights. The comfortable daytime temperatures offer the opportunity to spend longer out looking at the wildlife of the area. In Northern Tanzania, the wildebeest are moving North through the Serengeti in search of grazing, and whilst they can be spread over a greater area at this time, it is not uncommon to experience the drama of a river crossing on the Grumeti River as they progress towards the Mara River.
With fewer travellers than in July and August, June is the perfect month to enjoy all that Northern Tanzania has to offer. Asilia Africa are now making this even more appealing with an amazing 25% off offer for stays of three nights or more in June. With ideally positioned camps throughout Northern Tanzania, including in Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti – there are plenty to choose from, and combine for a longer trip.

It is a time of great drama alongside the opportunity to view and enjoy the resident wildlife of the area.
