Ganders Travel – We’re Hiring

Ganders Travel – Sales PA (Full/Part Time)

Do you love organisation, thrive on variety, and dream of working in the world of African travel? If spreadsheets and safari itineraries sound like your kind of mix, we’d love to hear from you.

Ganders Travel is a specialist tour operator creating tailor-made safari holidays throughout Southern and East Africa. Founded in 2023 by Lucinda Rome, who has spent decades immersed in African travel, we pride ourselves on being completely independent, highly personal, and deeply knowledgeable.

Many of our clients return to us again and again, and much of our business comes through word-of-mouth—because exceptional service is at the heart of everything we do. Our small, close-knit team plays a huge role in that, so we’re looking for someone just as dedicated, organised and passionate to join us.

This is a key Sales PA role, supporting our sales team to deliver outstanding client care from first enquiry to final booking.

The position can be full or part time, depending on experience, and will be based at our offices in Tidworth. It’s ideally suited to someone with PA, travel administration or similar experience who enjoys juggling tasks and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
